The N. C. I.
People keep using the word “soul” as if it explains something. It doesn’t. The term comes wrapped in religious programming, moral judgment, guilt systems, salvation narratives, and obedience structures. The moment you say “soul,” most people unconsciously bring in thousands of years of conditioning.
You know: Heaven. Hell. Sin. Karma debt. Divine punishment. Cosmic authority.
That framework contaminates the discussion before it even begins.
Which is why I prefer the term NCI.
“Non-Corporeal Intelligence.”
An NCI is consciousness operating independently of a biological body. A dead human? NCI. A discarnate entity? NCI. Some daemons? NCI. Some beings called angels, gods, or spirits? Also NCI.
An ISBE is more specific.
Immortal Sovereign Being.
This is a term associated with ET/human contact. The ETs call human essence that, but it misses the point.
So the question becomes, can a mainline NCI become an ISBE?
